About Sharonnie

My approach is rooted in the understanding that meaningful relationships, purposeful play, consistent routines, and responsive guidance create the foundation for lifelong learning. I believe childhood should never be rushed. While I intentionally incorporate educational experiences throughout the day, I do so in ways that are engaging, hands-on, and developmentally appropriate. My professional background includes serving as a Lead Teacher, Kindergarten Readiness Teacher, School Support Manager, and Curriculum Specialist, providing me with extensive knowledge of child development, curriculum planning, and age-appropriate learning. I combine the nurturing care of a dedicated nanny with the knowledge and experience of an early childhood educator. I understand developmental milestones from infancy through the early elementary years and create individualized experiences that support each child's physical, cognitive, language, social-emotional, and creative development.
