About Sharon

I have over 25 years of experience supporting children and families. I've trained in positive discipline parenting methods and served as a youth coach and girls soccer coach. I have worked as a substitute teacher at the elementary school level, working with students, managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a safe, positive environment. Most significantly I raised a daughter with unique needs who is now a thriving college junior studying abroad - a journey that taught me patience, advocacy, creative problem solving and the importance of individualized support. In my role as a Lead Organizer I have helped many families create functional home systems that reduce stress and support children's routines and independence.
