About Sharon

Hi! I'm Sharon! Nice to meet you! As a Behavior Technician, I worked one-on-one with children, using positive reinforcement and play-based strategies to help them build communication, social, and daily-living skills. I'm comfortable meeting each child where they are, staying calm and consistent, and making learning feel like fun. My work supporting children on the autism spectrum taught me how to be flexible, observant, and encouraging with kids of all needs and temperaments. I've also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where I floated to mother-baby units and cared for newborns and their families. From soothing and feeding to safe handling of infants, I know how to keep little ones comfortable, happy, and secure, and how to give parents peace of mind.
