I have a lot of experience caring for children of all ages, with special needs, as well as with typically developing children, but I am always learning and I believe that there is always room for me to improve. I believe that many of the lessons learned with kids with disabilities can be translated to typically developing kids and vice-versa. I bring great effort and enthusiasm with me, but I also have a calmness and patience that seems to work well with kids who have autism. I love the challenge of helping someone be happy, gain confidence, and make progress. To me, it is a privilege and honor to work with children and adults with disabilities and help them reach their full potential. It's a pursuit that is meaningful, authentic, fulfilling, and highly enjoyable.
