About Sharon

I am a recently retired 62-year-old mature Christian woman who misses spending time with my nieces and nephews (now grown). Several years back, while working professionally, I volunteered as an elementary student mentor, with a focus on reading skills, and often reflect on that special and impactful time in my life. I am a caregiver by nature, was gifted with a calm, stable demeanor, and have a heart for serving others. I enjoy children, and am interested in assisting with schoolwork should the need arise. I also enjoy cooking and preparing healthy meals. Having recently retired from the healthcare industry (administrative), I am looking for part time positions that are meaningful, people focussed, and service oriented. My husband and I have lived in Washington County for 5 years, and presently live in Limestone with our naughty Australian Shepherd. Personal references available upon request.
