This woman is amazing ! When I hired Tamika I had just received my 4 kids through foster care. I myself was just learning the ropes of parenting and she came into the home knowing exactly what to do. My kids had tough behaviors and were dealing with a lot emotionally. She has been patient through everything and followed through with appreciate discipline. As a single mom punctuality and dependability is extremely important! I really appreciate her knowing how to be helpful without having to tell her. I have complete peace of mind knowing my kids are with her when I am working or away!
