About Sharon

Hey, I am a mom and grandmother, trusted by my very discerning kids to watch their babies. I can't say I'm a traditional Meemaw (that's their name for me) but I'm very confident in my skills as a babysitter, and my grandkids ask to spend time with me. I wear that as a badge of honor. I can engage because I love children of all ages. I'm able to set boundaries and still be warm and friendly. I recognize the challenges of building trust in new relationships, especially with children. I am responsible and listen to both children and parents. I'm detail oriented, and write things down that are important. I work for the City of Portland and have volunteered for multiple community organization in Portland and Eugene. My family is important to me and I value family.
