About Sharon

I have been a caregiver for almost 10 years and truly enjoy helping seniors maintain their independence, comfort, and dignity. As a Filipino, I was raised with strong family values and a deep respect for older adults. I bring patience, kindness, respect, and compassion to every person I care for. I have experience with companionship, respite care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, dementia care, and medication reminders. Outside of caregiving, I enjoy gardening, growing vegetables in my backyard, and caring for plants. I also love cooking, especially Asian food, and I'm always open to learning and preparing different cuisine.
