I am an older woman looking to re-enter the child care careers. I was a preschool teacher 35 years ago. I pursued a career in law enforcement as a dispatcher for 21 years and retired when I graduated from Midwifery school. I am a licensed midwife in Florida. I also completed 45 hour DCF courses to work in early childhood education. I am currently CPR/First aid certified. I recently was hired at a preschool as a teacher assistant and after a few months I think my care is better suited for individual families. I have a natural care and fondness for children and babies.
