I live in Northern RI, a minute from the MA. border, and my husband , (an attorney) and I are restoring a historic 1895 Victorian home. I have cared for children since I was 9 years old. I have raised my own 2 highly successful children and been host mother to 14 international students from 7 countries over the past 19 years. I have taught at a children's museum and I have mentored young people in theater for over 20 years. I have coached youth soccer for 3 years, I have served on the board of a number of nonprofit organizations and founded two nonprofits. I have worked with young adults in an academic setting on an ongoing basis. I have been a professional nanny for 12 years and I am also currently illustrating the children's books that I have written. I wish to work in the Franklin/Wrentham area of MA. or the Lincoln/Cumberland area of RI. Sharon is wonderful on all levels. She is loving, caring and understanding and will make your household a better place. Sharon not only did a wonderful job caring for my two daughters, she also helped me on many tasks and was a loving caretaker to my two dogs. Sharon was always present, on time and fully dedicated to her task. I knew when I left my daughters with Sharon that I didn't need to worry about a thing. Sharon is so thoughtful and always offered me great suggestions for activities for the girls and good feedback about how they were responding. Sharon is truly the definition of a professional nanny - she cultivates a full day and culture for your child based on discussions with the parents.
