With 35 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, sometimes my medically fragile patients at home get hospitalized and I am left without work, so I am happy to fill-in if your regularly scheduled Caregivers can't make it. I cannot work at a Caregiver rate versus a Nursing rate on a full-time basis, but I can step in when you are in a bind. I cannot perform nursing functions at this rate, only those of a caregiver, but my judgment is good if your loved one was to get into some kind of medical emergency . I can also come in and vet your current staff to make sure they are doing the right thing. Just ask me about that.
