Charlie cared for my 9-month old son for several months and she was amazing, caring, attentive. She would follow the schedule well (feeding, napping, walking outside), she would entertain him for the whole car ride, singing him songs and making up funny games. We love her, I wish she stayed with us for longer time, but I understand that our schedule was not ideal for her.
