About Sharlecia

Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them reach new milestones is my greatest passion. With 10 years of experience caring for up to three children, I offer a patient, calm, and approachable presence for your family. My background includes early child development coursework, which informs how I support growth through both educational games and active outdoor sports. I am also happy to incorporate technology-based learning apps and assist with meal preparation. I prioritize transparency by providing detailed written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and quick texts throughout the day. I always follow your lead when enforcing household rules to ensure consistency for your little ones. Whether I am teaching a new skill or managing the daily routine, I strive to be a reliable partner in your child's development. I truly look forward to becoming a supportive part of your family's daily life.
