About Sharla

I had the pleasure having Sharla work for our family from 2017 for about two years as our part-time nanny. At this time, my newest was 2 months old. During her time with us, Sharla was dependable and punctual. I was on a flexible work schedule ranging from two to three days a week; it was simple from my perspective to coordinate our schedules. I believe my newborn was well-cared for and safe. Sharla would routinely provide me an update of feeding and nap schedules, as well as what they enjoyed together during the day. Knowing Sharla was in charge at home really put me at ease when I was away. Beyond her caregiving skills, Sharla respected our household routines, maintained a calm and positive presence, and also helped care for my toddler when she was not in school. One thing to note is that Sharla did have a young son come along with her; I believe Shane to be such a sweet boy that enhanced my kids experience, as he was close in age with my eldest . I have no hesitation in recommending Sharla to any family seeking a responsible, caring, and dependable nanny. She would be an asset to any home, and we feel fortunate to have had her as part of ours.
