About Sharilyn

I love working with seniors. I have worked with clients from age 77-99. I have had clients that were relatively healthy and ones with COPD, MS, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, dementia, and knee and hip issues to name a few.. I have a strong medical background, as I worked in doctor's offices for many years. I also have a strong fitness/Pilates background and have done personal fitness training work and have set-up programs and worked exercise programs with my senior clients. I have been trained in CPR and first aid and have had to deal with a medical emergency with one of my past clients who passed out on me and had to be taken to the hospital due to low blood pressure issues. I am very adept with computers both MAC's and PC's, most computer programs, online selling since 2001, and with social media. I grew up in Brentwood and have excellent references.
