I have one year of experience providing respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I communicate through written reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred method. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly.
