Hi, I'm Sharell! As someone who values trust, transparency in communication and quality care for all children, I can provide the attentiveness and nurturing presence your child needs to build a solid foundation in their childhood years. I have over 8 years of experience in ECE and childcare, with a passion for toddler and infant care. I'm qualified as an Infant Nursery Supervisor through the Colorado Department of Early Education, with 3 years of my experience teaching ages 0-3 in a Montessori school. I have a 3. 5-year-old son who comes with me to work who would make an excellent companion for any age. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and can provide support while reaching various developmental milestones including potty training. I would also be happy to help with meal planning and support with special dietary needs. I'd describe my personality as calm, gentle, flexible, nurturing, understanding, and very playful when the occasion calls for it.
