About Shardonay
Experience: 8 yrs
From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with children, thanks to positive experiences babysitting and nannying I have eight+ years of experience caring for children aged newborn to seven. I am comfortable caring for a few children at a time. I strive to be a patient, friendly, and honest caregiver. I am respectful and understanding when caring for families and their children. I communicate with parents at pickup, via text, or by phone, depending on their preference. I am comfortable enforcing household rules, while remaining flexible to your parenting style. I have some college education, as well as Early Childhood Education (ECE) training and CPR Training. I enjoy playing outdoor games and board games with children. I am happy to help with cooking and light housekeeping. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am fluent in English and Sign Language (ASL). Ultimately, I hope to make a positive impact on your child's life while providing reliable support for your family.

Ever since Ms. S first cared for our kids, they asked for her every time we would mention the possibility of childcare. She enacts a healthy balance of fun and behavior management; setting clear boundaries while being playful. 100% would recommend!
