Greetings I've been teaching for 3 years. Please see my achievements below: Giunta Middle School Jan 2022-Current Reflected on lesson comprehension from each class period and made necessary accommodations, assessed student weaknesses and strengths. Attended IEP meetings and personalized lessons for ELLs and ESE students based on their IEP. Set clear behavioral guidelines, expectations, and procedures. Collaborated with other science teachers to unpack the Hillsborough County Performance Standards and develop meaningful teaching units to enhance student interest and learning. Assessed the current programs and evaluated the areas of misalignment and ineffective teaching strategies to make recommendations for curricula and materials.
