After a phone and personal interview, Shardaja enthusiastically accepted the job. I was excited too. But what a letdown when she failed to show up the first day. After several attempts to contact her, I finally got a hold of her sister who promptly hung up on me. I always want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but Shardaja has had plenty of opportunities to contact me and let me know why she did not show up... In my book, this makes her unreliable and very disrespectful. She deserves 0 stars if this system would allow it !!! I would not trust her with my loved one. Honesty and integrity are not her strong suits.
