I'm also experienced in dementia care, hospice, errands, and adapting to changing routines. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and follow the family's preferred communication method, including written reports and verbal updates. Handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes is something I'm prepared for. I am comfortable with pets and equipped to de-escalate stressful situations.
