About Sharay

Hi families! My name is Sharay, and I'm a caring, patient childcare professional with 5+ years of experience in caregiving, special education, and lead and assistant teaching. Since 2023, I've worked with Kelly Services as a Lead Substitute Teacher in various classroom settings. I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe and supported. My special education experience has taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of understanding each child's individual needs. I strive to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and free to be themselves. I'm looking for in-home childcare opportunities where I can provide attentive, personalized care. My availability is open throughout the week, except Tuesdays and Thursdays before 3 p.m. I look forward to connecting with your family!
