I have two years of experience providing respite care, transportation, and personal care. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method.
