About Shaquoya

I'm currently a HHA. My first career was a CNA, and then furthered my education as an LPN. My past experience involved hands on care with patients/families in rehab facilities, hospitals, and home health care, as a CNA. Once I furthered my education as an LPN my experience increased to rehab facilities, medical surgical facilities, I had the experience of working as a charge nurse for hospice facility which involved palliative care to patients as well as educating families on the step by step process of the patients declining condition. I was responsible for all of the patients medications, documentation of each patients condition, reporting detailed information and/or to physicians, admitting and seldom discharging patients to add the comfort of their home and surroundings with families, and making sure my CNA's were doing what was expected.
