Hello, my name is Shan . have several years of experience working in behavioral health with both adults and children. I'm reliable, patient, and understanding. My background includes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, TBI, behavioral challenges, and mental health needs. I also have experience working with dementia patients, providing compassionate care while managing challenging behaviors and promoting safety and well being. In addition, I have experience administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and implementing individualized care plans. I am passionate about providing quality care, building positive relationships, and helping individuals maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals. I love hiking and being active.
