About Shanti

Hi, I'm Shanti! I have a degree in Outdoor Education with a double minor in Education and Music. I was previously employed as a mentor for White Ash Learning Cooperative, a nature-centered education program where I supervised youth ages 2 to 13 while creating engaging experiential learning experiences. I have an interest in connecting youth with nature and fostering curiosity through child-led learning. Some of my personal interests include playing the guitar, singing, hiking, crafting, practicing yoga, dancing, cooking, and playing games. I have a Wilderness First Responder certification and am very conscious of risk management, ensuring your child's safety. I would love to care for your child in a way that is in alignment with your needs and values.
