About Shanti

Hi! My name is Shanti and I have been working with children since I was 18 years old. My childcare journey began in a preschool, where I worked with young children ages 0-2. There I gained valuable experience creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Over the past 2 years I have been a full-time nanny for a little one I have cared for since he was 3 months old. Watching him grow into the amazing toddler he is today has been one of the most rewarding experiences. Building long-term, meaningful relationships with children and their families is something I truly value. I am graduating this spring with an Associate's degree in Child Development and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, which have strengthened my understanding of child development, learning, and family dynamics. I am also CPR certified and First Aid trained. I see myself as more than just a nanny. I strive to be a trusted, positive presence in a child's life. I would love the chance to be that for your child.
