About Shantell Itzalis

Hi, I'm Shantell! Childcare has been a big part of my life ever since I helped at my aunt's in-home daycare, and my own experiences growing up inspired me to give kids the kind of care and support I would have wanted. I'm currently an online student, which gives me the flexibility to be available full time as a nanny, and I also serve as a military Reservist, which has taught me responsibility and reliability. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and comfortable caring for kids of all ages. I love spending time outdoors, playing games, and doing fun, educational activities. I also make sure to follow household rules and keep open communication with parents. My goal is always to create a safe, fun, and loving environment where children feel happy, valued, and encouraged.
