I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with over 10 years of experience in elderly care, mental health, behavioral health, and crisis support. My background includes working as an administrative assistant, client care coordinator, lead staff in group homes and crisis facilities, and at a psychiatric hospital. As a mother of three, including a child with autism and intellectual disabilities, I bring professional expertise and personal understanding of patience, advocacy, and individualized care. I take pride in creating safe, supportive environments where people feel valued and respected. I am hardworking, trustworthy, and passionate about helping others. I currently homeschool one of my children and am seeking a family who may be open to a flexible caregiving arrangement. During football season, I am available mornings three days a week, with greater availability beginning in November.
