Hello, My name is Shanta and I am 27 years old and married to my middle school sweet heart. I have a bachelors of science degree in Recreational therapy and I have 9 years experience of working with people with special needs. I have been in private care for 7 years working as a nanny and special needs care giver on the side. I would now like to go into it part time. I have experience with those who have autism as I worked in an autistic group home for 2 years and I recently have experience in ABA therapy for those with autism. I also have worked in private care with those with down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and I have worked in Mental/Behavioral health with those who have had eating disorders, self harm intentions/thoughts, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and much more!
