We offered Shanta a position after missing due to a car accident the day of her fist interview and obviously we were compassionate about that. She reached back out a while later and she seemed to fit when we met. She text us a few minutes before the start of her first shift that she was on her way, and never showed up. I reached out that day and tried to call again a few days later, worried she was hurt or something. She never reached out but seeing she has another review for after her initial start date with us, I am assuming it was some other issue and she never came for her job. Disappointing because I think she could have been a great addition here.
