I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am comfortable with pets and provide transportation, run errands, and do light housekeeping. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with those I care for.
