Hi! I'm Shannon. I've been working with children for over 14 years and genuinely love being part of a child's growth and day-to-day world. I'm very outgoing, warm, and engaging, while also having a calm and grounded personality that helps children feel safe and comfortable. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teens, and I'm comfortable managing multiple children at once. I love keeping kids active and engaged through outdoor activities, swimming, creative projects, board games, and homework help. Families I've worked with would describe me as dependable, nurturing, communicative, and easy to trust in their home. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, school pickups, routines, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I truly value building long-term relationships with families and creating a positive, supportive environment for children to grow in.
