About Shannon

I've been an advocate and caregiver for my special needs daughter for 22 years. I'm also a 21 year licensed nurse. I have a flexible schedule and am currently working towards my MBA. As a mom of 3, I get the special requirements and unique abilities of children who need things addressed or done a little (or a lot) differently compared to their typically developing children. I've always been creative and unconventional so I've always thrived with difference in situations or people in my own life. I've always been a mom with quite a range of knowing how to get things done how ever it works for each individual child not their diagnoses.
