About Shannon

For over 15 years, I've dedicated myself to providing reliable care for children of all backgrounds and ages. For 6 years I've been a certified ESL teacher and coach in countries such as South Africa, Fiji, Thailand, and Spain. I hold a Kinesiology degree so I'm very sports-minded and active. My friendly, outgoing personality allows me to connect easily with kids! I enjoy playing outdoor games, pool time, reading stories, working on crafts, and using our imaginations for whatever adventure lies ahead! (But don't worry, homework first! :) I am First Aid/AED/CPR trained, a clean driver, and have an upper-intermediate Spanish fluency level. I have experience and am comfortable with any age group, infant to teenager. My goal is to support your family by providing a safe & nurturing environment where your children can thrive, and alleviate any parental stress surrounding childcare. Your kids are in good hands!
