About Shannon

Fueled by a passion for children's growth, l've spent 15 years making a positive impact on their lives. My teaching degree, coupled with a major in Psychology, provides me with a unique understanding of child development and behavior management. I am creative, friendly, energetic, and patient. I communicate with parents through daily reports, texts, or calls, always respecting your preferred method. I am comfortable enforcing household rules, adapting to your expectations and the specific situation. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games. I am also happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am First Aid and CPR Trained and my experience includes Early Child Development coursework. I am comfortable caring for up to five children (depending on age) and/or pets in the home.
