Hello! Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Shannon and I am a Florida native, born and raised here in Winter Park. I would describe my personality as patient, compassionate, and capable. I like caring for seniors because they deserve to spend their elder years receiving love and appreciation for the hard work they have done. I'm looking for a job that allows me the opportunity to support families who want the best for their elderly loved ones. I started caring for seniors when I began assisting a long time family friend from our church. One thing you should know about me is that I will take excellent care of your family member and I will treat them with the utmost respect. My skills include ensuring the safety of those entrusted to my care. I produce a positive environment where I listen and support the person in my care emotionally as well as physically. I can manage medications, prepare meals, and play games with elderly persons with ease.
