Reliable at showing up and following safety measures throughout the pandemic, she has shown consistent love, care and compassion to Mom AND her 3 old poopy cats! Shannon is a wonderful person, honest and a great caregiver with my Mom's complicated health issues. She genuinely cares about her clients and is easy to communicate with. If she sees any changes in Mom's health, she lets me know. You don't get that level of service and communication with so many others. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for elder care or pet services!
