Shannon has watched my son off and on for the last 3 years. She was referred to me by someone in my mom's group. When she first started working for me I was working from home, so she would often come over and play with my son in his room while I was there. After a certain period of time (and after my son felt comfortable with her), I felt better about leaving him for an entire afternoon or evening. Shannon has always been great with him and is very reliable and responsible. She spends a great deal of time playing with him and reading to him.
