About Shannon

I'm an experienced pet-care professional and the owner of The Collar Club by Shannon LLC, a pet-sitting business I founded in 2019. I've grown the business to serve over 600 clients and manage a team of 30+ sitters, giving me extensive experience in all aspects of professional pet care. My hands-on experience includes dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight stays, feeding routines, medication administration, exercise, and caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I also have experience managing schedules, communicating with clients, and ensuring pets receive consistent, reliable care. As a pet parent myself, I understand that pets are family. I'm dependable, attentive, and passionate about making every animal feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important it is to have someone you can trust!
