Hi, I'm Shannon. I recently moved to Boulder after a 24-year career in real estate and community leadership in Atlanta. The experience that most shaped me was caring for my best friend and father figure, Ed Tessaro, during his long journey with ALS. In his final years, I worked closely with medical and hospice teams and provided consistent hands-on support and companionship. I am CPR certified, worked in the Tulane Hospital ER during college, and remain calm and clear-headed in high-stress situations. I'm warm, attentive, and resourceful, and I value preserving dignity and creating a peaceful, safe environment. I'm active, organized, and comfortable assisting with meals, mobility, and daily needs. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, reading, and writing. I bring compassion, steadiness, and professionalism to every family I serve.
