I am a dedicated career nanny, newborn care specialist, and family assistant with experience supporting families in both short-term and long-term capacities. I am looking for my next full-time position, primarily between the hours of 7am-6pm, but flexible for the right fit. Im hoping to start in mid to late April. I've had the privilege of working with infants through the teen years, as well as with special needs children and adults. I love to provide family assistant support, bringing flexibility and a well-rounded skill set to the families I work with. I'm a high-energy, on-the-go nanny who thrives in progressive, child-centered households. I have a strong appreciation for nature-based learning and value the power of play as the foundation of a child's development. Guided by the philosophies of RIE and Positive Discipline, I believe in fostering respectful, trusting relationships with children, allowing them to explore their independence within safe and consistent boundaries.
