Shannon has been a blessing to our family an overtime she felt like family. She accepted our family an cared for them like her on. Finding someone that is patient trustworthy and dependable was difficult an scary for us. She exceeded our expectations an is a sweetheart. I like the fact that she was very experienced an educated but also respected an implemented our needs.
