Shannon worked for us for just a few months since we were moving soon and needed someone quickly when our prior nanny had to stop working given a health issue. She was a gift and I wish we had found her sooner. My son was about 10 months old when she started so had separation anxiety but he warmed up to Shannon quickly and soon lit up whenever he saw her. She is fun and engaging. She follows my lead on things I give specific direction on, but takes initiative on things I don’t, which is so helpful. She is reliable, punctual, and flexible when I need to work longer hours.
