About Shannon

Most recently, I was working as a nanny for a family with three children for almost seven years. Prior to this job, I worked as a PCA (personal care assistant) through a company in Minnesota where I took care of an autistic boy for three years. I have also babysat for many different families over the years, either filling in here and there or for longer stretches of time. I used to teach swimming lessons and piano lessons for children as well. I love working with children, and like to be active and taking trips to playgrounds, doing arts and crafts, etc.

Shannon is amazing! She took care of our children for many years while we were at work. She's responsible, thoughtful and the kids love her. We always felt confident that the kids were safe and well taken care of. Shannon's always ready to play with kids on their level. From working together on piano, to making silly videos, to taking the kids on adventures, the kids became very close to her. On top of that, she's also a great cook. Even though our kids are too old to need someone to watch them, we still consider Shannon a part of our family. She texts regularly with the kids, sends birthday cards to our family, and we even have plans this weekend. If you are lucky enough to work with Shannon, you've hit the jackpot!
