Shannon served as the nanny for my daughter for about a year, (from my daughter age 12mo -> 25mo) during work hours in my variable schedule due to split custody. Shannon is a trustworthy professional, taking care of the basic needs while also encouraging play, development, and growth. She is flexible and eager to discuss and balance expectations from different parents/clients. While working for me she also prepared meals (excellent and always welcoming feedback) and cleaned up at the end of each day.
