We hired Shannon to watch our 7 month old and she stayed with us for 3 months. She was great! My daughter absolutely loved her! They went to the park and played within our home. Shannon would read to her and played with her on the floor at her level. She also would also encourage teaching her to clap her hands and stand on her own. She was always punctual and followed instructions and always respectful of our home and to us. She was absolutely wonderful and we wish we could've kept her longer!
