About Shannon

Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest reward as a caregiver. With three years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to connect with each individual by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with a calm demeanor. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, assist with mobility, manage medications, and perform light housekeeping. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. As well as my QMAP qualification. I find fulfillment in helping others live their best lives, and I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
