About Shannon

I am a retired nurse with over 35 years of experience in providing senior care in a long-term care setting with proficiency in dementia care. I'm ready to bring my passion and experience into individual homes to assist them in maintaining their mental and physical independence and dignity. I believe that quality care originates from building a trusting companionship, which comes from allowing mobility through activities and exercise and assisting with the important steps of the day, including grooming, hygiene, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and running errands. I have positive energy and am able to motivate clients to stay active throughout the day, and am ready to come build a relationship with and help your loved one to live their best life.
