I have been around animals my whole life. The first dog in my family was an Australian shepherd my parents rescued before I was born. After she died, my family rescued another Australian shepherd mix and we still have her. I also have had two cats for 10 years now. I have had several fish in the past but none currently. I have taken care of dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, chickens, and horses. I am very comfortable around animals and am always willing to learn how to take care of a new animal. I am a very active person so whether it is exercising a dog or cleaning up after horses I am always up for the challenge.
